All of our professionals are certified in playground safety and design by the National Playground Safety Institute. They are all equipped with laptop computers and are happy to design your play area with you on-site, should you choose. Your sales professional will guide you through the entire process from concept to installation.
Project Managers: Your project manager works closely with your sales professional to generate a proposal tailored to your specific needs. They are available to speak with you on a daily basis to assist with any immediate clarifications and questions regarding site plan, pricing, and product information. They will also supply you with a high quality 3-D rendering of your project in the works.
Customer Service Representatives: MRC is proud to offer you the best customer service in our industry. Our representatives are available to assist you in processing your order, coordinating your delivery, and answering any post-sale questions and concerns.
Certified Installers: MRC prides itself on its turn-key service. We will help you obtain installation quotations from one of our many certified installers. They will then contact you to confirm delivery and installation details.
